What Is the Metal Roll Forming Machine?
Ⅰ. Function of the metal roll forming machine.
It is used for the support of roll molds in cold bending forming, the placement of equipment power motors, the installation of transmission devices, and the support of roll shafts. It can ensure sufficient roller rigidity and reduce the influence of the axial deflection shape during the forming process on the production process of the product.
Ⅱ. Introduction of the metal roll forming machine.

Products suitable for board thickness of 1-6MM include three-wave guardrail board, two-wave guardrail board, car sideboard, solar bracket, door frame, C/Z steel, keel, three-dimensional garage profile, car beam, longitudinal beam, side beam, and the production of a series of cold-formed profiles.
The metal roll forming machine is composed of two squeezing rollers rotating in opposite directions, one is a fixed roller and the other is a movable roller.
The material is fed in from above the two rollers and is continuously carried between the rollers by the squeeze roller. After being subjected to the high pressure of 50-100MPa, it becomes a dense cake and is discharged from the machine. The discharged cake contains a certain proportion of fine-grained finished products, but large cracks are generated inside the non-finished particles. During the further crushing process, the grinding energy consumption can be greatly reduced.
