Pipe welding machine has been widely used in plastics, automobile manufacturing, metal processing, metal machinery, steel manufacturing, pressure vessel, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, aerospace and other fields. After the application of welding machine, the existence of welding parts and the internal quality are greatly improved, which ensures the stability and quality of pipe welding machine, reduces the labor intensity, improves the working environment, reduces the requirements of manual welding skills and production cost, and improves the production power.
When we use the pipe welding equipment, there may be faults. If it is a small problem, we can deal with it by ourselves, but if it is difficult to deal with the problem, we should ask for the maintenance personnel for help. Maintenance personnel should take the following methods in maintenance:
(1) Investigation situation: investigate the workshop staff, and ask the site staff about the external situation defects, harsh components and the environmental conditions when the failure exists. There are also abnormality, fire, heat sources and other factors in work. Check whether corrosive gas invades the components which are close to electricity; check the leakage, maintenance and maintenance contents.
(2) Preliminary inspection: according to the investigation, confirm whether the electrical components are externally damaged, whether the connection is open or loose and whether there is bomb explosion and combustion; make sure that the pop-up lights are bundled with power, power inputs and oil components, and the switch position is correct.
(3) Test welding: After preliminary inspection, it can further expand the fault. Turn on the power supply after confirming that it will not cause human life or device accidents. After the stability is capricious, further detection can be carried out. When the pipe welding machine is in normal operation, it should be careful about serious diving, peculiar smell or abnormal sound. When the problems are found, the machine should be stopped immediately and the energy supply should be cut. The damaged part can be found by verifying whether the temperature of the device components expands and whether the assembly operation procedure of the device meets the requirements of the schematic instrument.
