2. Roller material is adopted based on its wear resistance, but the specific strength and hardness are contradictory. The red hardness of C12MoV must be used during heat treatment. After quenching, the hardness can be achieved by two to three tempering.
3. Around the arc of the track is the main part of the cold roll forming machine. The arc positions after the first few passes are pressed and formed, and the vertical edges are rolled and folded in the later passes, and then pass through the upper and lower rollers or horizontal wheels to form a protective tube bundle. Otherwise, the arc position of the material will change during the stretching process. Namely, R becomes smaller and turns into a triangle, while R becomes larger. This results in shaking of the mating rail, uneven force, deformation of the slide rail, and reduced service life.
4. In production progress, the problem of material swinging left and right in the raceway is often encountered. This problem is actually caused by the asymmetrical force on a single set of rollers. That is, the large force on the left side causes the material to deflect to the right. Similarly, the large force on the right side causes the material to deflect to the left.
