Ⅰ. Embedding and installation of roll forming machine

The selection of the embedded position of the roll forming machine is very important. It must be selected according to the size of the machine. The selected position must be correct and firm. During installation, it should also reach the allowable installation strength to ensure operation security of workers. 

Generally, the roll forming machine has been tested in the roll forming machine factory before leaving the factory. Due to long-distance transportation or long-term storage, the roll forming machine must be debugged before use to ensure that the safety work is done well.

Ⅱ. The following debugging needs to be done when the roll forming machine is in use

1. It is necessary to check whether the roll forming machine is deformed or damaged during transportation. If it is, pay attention to it and use it after maintenance.

2. After being placed for a long time, the main parts are likely to show signs of looseness, which should be checked.

3. Check whether the movable parts of the roll forming machine need to be lubricated to prevent rust or malfunction.

4. It should be checked whether the main engine and brake are sensitive and the response speed when working.

Before the roll forming machine is officially put into use, it is necessary to wipe the machine, add a certain amount of lubricating oil to the movable parts of the machine, and match all the parts of the assembly relationship when installing.
