The r panel roll former, a daily roller forming machine is super automatic and extremely versatile. It can improve the product quality, relieve the labor intensity and promote the technical progress of the whole industry.

The Installation and Debugging of the Former:

The location of embedded parts of the r panel roll former should be accurate and secure with a foundation which meets the design requirements and is able to survive the installation magnitude.

The following inspections shall be carried out for the installation:

1. Check for any damages or deformations caused by transportation;

2. Check for any loose parts of the major ones that should be fastened;

3. Check the oil pool of vibration exciters of the reducer and the vibration table and every lubrication point for an appropriate oil amount;

4. Check for an alert and reliable braking effect of the main drive and the braking motor.

In addition, clean the machine thoroughly and lubricate moving and relative sliding parts before testing. The machine may be disassembled for a feasible transportation into forming parts, base-plated parts, feeding parts, the roller table and the electrical control box, etc. All should be in place according to their assembly relations.
