1) The principle of the average force of each pass of the cold-formed forming equipment, the rollers are equally stressed, and the wear is balanced, which increases the service life of the rollers.
2) The material used for the roll is to use its wear resistance, but the specific strength and hardness are contradictory. The red hardness of C12MoV should be used during heat treatment. After quenching, the hardness can be achieved by two to three tempering.
3) The arc part of the track is the main part of the cold forming equipment. The arc position after the first few passes is pressed and formed. When the vertical edge is rolled and folded in the later pass, the formed arc shall be protected by the upper and lower rolls or horizontal wheels. Control.
