So, when we are accepting, which aspects should we mainly check?
1. Acceptance of the accuracy of the finished product produced by the roll forming machine
This is the most important part. If the accuracy is not up to standard, it means that the machine is useless. If it involves modifying the roller, it will be more troublesome, and it will be very troublesome to handle the problem after the equipment is sent to your own factory. Accuracy includes cross-sectional dimensions, tolerances, straightness, etc.
2. Acceptance of the surface finish of the roll forming machine
The appearance of the finished product directly affects the selling. Especially for some products with strict surface requirements, the surface should not have random scratches, burrs, and the like.

Don't think that as long as the finished product is qualified, there is no other problem. If the roll forming machine cannot achieve continuous production, the equipment cannot carry out production normally when it is sent to your factory, so the point must be checked.
5. Acceptance of the materials of the roller, punching die, and cutter die of the roll forming machine
Check whether the roller is processed with the material specified in the contract, whether it is processed according to the technology specified in the contract, whether the shaft diameter corresponds to the requirement in the contract, whether the steel plate material conforms to the contract, whether the equipment structure of the rolling forming machine conforms to the contract, etc.
In particular, the material of the roller is related to the service life of the equipment. When the equipment is running, the roller is in a state of high friction. If the material is not qualified, it is easy to wear. To judge whether the punching die and the cutting die are qualified, points such as material, whether the burr is a serious problem during punching and cutting off, and so on should be emphasized.
6. Quality acceptance of the electrical components of the roll forming machine (whether the equipment is installed and used according to the specified requirement about the brand in the contract)
For example, whether PLCs, frequency converters, electrical appliances, etc. are in accordance with the contract. Especially for some manufacturers who have special requirements on using a certain brand of electrical appliances, it is necessary to point out some serious problems, which must be discovered in time and solved in the production factory in time.
If there is an accuracy problem with the product, we should figure out the reason: is the die design unreasonable? Or is the height not enough? What is the reason for the problem with the surface finish of the product? To solve the burr problem, the die should be modified. If the roll forming machine cannot achieve continuous production, after it arrives at your own factory, it is difficult to solve the problem because the supporting equipment is not complete. Therefore, the problem must be resolved at the production factory.
