Connecting Skills and Operation Steps of Roll Molding Machine
Roll forming machine is widely used in the metal manufacturing industry, mainly used in metal forming. We will introduce roll forming machine connection skills and operating steps.
Roll forming machine connection form can be divided into removable connection and non-removable connection.
Ⅰ. The non-removable connection
Common non-detachable connections include welding, riveting and interference connection, among which interference connection is mostly used for shaft and hole matching. The roll forming machine realizes interference connection by pressing fit, thermal expansion fit and cold contraction fit. General spring machines can be pressed into the matching method, important or precision machines with thermal expansion, cold contraction.
Ⅱ. Roll forming machine detachable connection
Detachable connection of interconnecting parts without damaging any parts, and it can be reconnected after disassembly. Common detachable connections of roll molding machines are threaded connections, key connections and pin connections. The thread connection is widely used. Thread connection quality and assembly process has a great relationship. The fastening force of bolts should be reasonably determined according to the shape of the connected parts of the computer spring machine and the distribution and stress of bolts. The tightening sequence and balance of tightening force between bolts should be met.
Ⅲ. The steps of the operation of the roll molding machine:
1. The operation of the roll forming machine should first adjust the pressure speed according to the material properties of the workpiece and the processing curvature, which will prevent the workpiece from breaking and flying out.
2. Multi-person work must have special command to make sure that workpiece forward, back, turn over need to closely cooperate and keep the same action. But pay attention to the hand can not be placed between the feeding rack drum and the workpiece.
3. According to the bending of the workpiece of the roll forming machine, the contact between the top pad and the top is not less than two-thirds when the top pad needs to be moved during processing. The contact between the beginning and end of the workpiece of the roll forming machine and the supporting pad should exceed the central axis of the supporting pad. In the production of large bending profile, the end is not allowed to stand.
The roll molding machine must be checked first before using. It is not only to check the overlap and firmness of the upper and lower mold, but also check the positioning device is with the requirements of the processing range.
