Safety Specifications for Purlin Machine in Use

Before turning on the motor for a test run of the Z purlin machine, a new column machine, check everywhere for reliable connections, tightened bolts and nuts of any devices and enough lubricating oil in the left and right case.

The Z purlin machine asks for one upper mold and six lower ones of the same standard scale. Firstly, the upper mold shall be installed on the bottom of the sliding seat with an appropriate base plate and one of the lower directly on the hexagon working platform. The gap shall be even at any point around the closed upper and lower molds, of which the space in-between is equal to the thickness of the required tile.

Then, make the upper mold a reference to rotate the working platform and install the other five molds. Only when all the upper and lower molds done, can the machine start to press the tile. Carefully check the test run for any sensation, noise, oil from the oil window and the coordinate movement of all parts. Only the one that withstand the test can be equipped with dice.

It is necessary to cut off the power supply when it comes to the dice installation. Move the motor belt or the big gear manually with the column purlin machine turning the operation platform and the sliding seat rising to its highest. It will be much safer to have something to support between the operation platform and the sliding seat in case of accidents caused by the gravity fall of the sliding seat.
