1. When the steel coil is hoisted on the bridge equipment feeder, no one is allowed to stand under the steel coil. When the steel coil is in quick contact with the loading frame of the uncoiling device, from left to right, one person will cooperate to drive the vehicle and concentrate the steel coil on the loading frame of the cable tray machine.

2. Before the production of the cable tray machine, the punching mechanism should first run in an empty test, check the advance and retreat of the cylinder, cut off and correctly reset the cutting device.

3. Before starting the bridge equipment, pay attention to the chain cover. When starting the bridge equipment, do not reach into the nip roller so as to avoid accidents.

4. After the commissioning of the entire cable tray machine is completed, the empty car is put into operation, and the trial production can only be carried out after normal operation.

5. When testing or producing cable tray machine, it is strictly forbidden to use plates with dead skin or rolling on the head and edges to enter the host in order to avoid damaging the cable tray machine.

2. Lubrication of Cable Tray Machine

Before starting the cable tray machine every day, lubrication should be added to the rotating parts of the equipment to reduce machine wear; the main engine chain and sprocket should be refueled once a month, and the reducer should be refueled once a month.

3. Hoisting and Transportation of Cable Tray Machine

The main body of the cable tray machine is transported as a whole (except for auxiliary equipment such as uncoiling devices, electrical appliances, and hydraulic stations). When loading and unloading, use soft materials to protect the surface from impact and damage.
