The thread pitch of the threaded pipe processed by the lathe is limited, and the lead cannot be adjusted arbitrarily. The specialized equipment overcomes this limitation. In addition, the three rollers are matched with tapered roller bearings in the radial direction, and bear radial force and axial force at the same time, which makes the rolling process light and smooth, avoiding traditional methods. Because in the traditional method, the cylindrical roller bearing only bears the radial force, so that the roller rotates in the original place of the pipe, and stops during the rolling process, resulting in irregular thread lead. In addition, the rolling head has a novel design, reasonable and compact structure, good system rigidity, strong carrying capacity, and stable transmission with no noise, and easy adjustment.
(5) A rolling guide rail is used between the tailstock carriage and the bed, which makes longitudinal movement light and flexible. The frictional resistance is small, which greatly reduces the power loss, and only 5.5kW can meet the needs.
(6) There is a stroke switch on the side of the bed, which is convenient to adjust the stroke size. It can ensure that the length of the threaded pipe meets the drawing requirements and plays a role in maintaining safety.
(7) It has a wide range of applications. It can roll threaded pipes with diameters of 38-76, with a large lead range (20-240mm), which meets the requirements of rolling with different diameters and arbitrary pitches. If a rolling head with three rolling wheels is used, a large-lead multi-threaded pipe can also be rolled. One of the features of this machine is that the roller head and the three-jaw position can be exchanged. When the roller head rotates and the workpiece does not rotate, the length of the threaded tube that can be processed is not limited, which is unmatched by other processing methods.
