To place the prepared profile steel between two driving rollers by the portal brackets of auxiliary system while roll forming machine is working. Then turn on hydraulic system so as to make hydraulic cylinder push dovetail slot and cold bending roller on operation. Turn off the hydraulic system when the desired radian is reached. After this, turn on the machine driven system to make the main driving roller round and move forward steadily with the steel by the help of friction. Therefore, it achieves the goal of consecutive cold bending operation.
1. Accurate calculation on neutral layer of deformation zone; accurate calculation on material in deformation zone; precise symmetry on roller processing.
2. The non-deformation area should be as free from pressure as possible (such as the bottom of the slide track). The room between upper and lower rollers should be consistent when assembling.
3. Before material being fed, the guide bevel should be set according to the previous rolling state to make the material move smoothly in the roller before it receiving stable pressure.
4. The accuracy of rolling process is critical. Therefore, special tool is made particularly for detection by the projector in magnifying 20 times.
5. The main drive adopted by roller cone bearings to ensure the radial on moving within 0.04MM promises the principle axis to be poised. But in accurate transmission, ordinary rolling bearings with clearance can not avoid axial endplay.
6. The problem of distortion of roll forming machine in production is mainly caused by unbalance force. Distortion between Left and right side is in result of the unbalanced force from the left and the right. So does distortion by upward and downward unbalanced force. Solution: to make force-balance design and to ensure accurate processing and to have convenient installation and adjustment.
When cold bending operation finished, to turn off bending machine transmission system and turn on hydraulic system to take back the hydraulic cylinder. Then, put the profile steel on the portal bracket of auxiliary system.
This kind of cold bending machine ensures the intensity of material and improves the quality of support steel arches, which gives higher efficiency as well as easy operation.
