Therefore, before using the automatic pipe cutting machine, the lubricating oil at the transmission shaft, gears, connecting rod joints and other important parts should be tested. When the amount of lubricating oil is found to be reduced or thickened, it should be replaced or added in time. It can ensure the normal operation of the equipment and also extend the service life of the equipment.
2. Inspection of foreign objects
Before using the automatic pipe cutting machine, check the punches, lower sharpening edges and other places in advance to see if there are foreign objects such as residual metal. If there are foreign objects, they must be cleaned up in time before starting the equipment. If there are foreign objects but not cleaned up, it is likely to affect the normal operation of the punching machine.
3. Determine the temperature of the punching material
Generally speaking, the temperature of the punching material is also related to the life of the punching equipment. If the punching material is processed when the temperature is high, it is prone to punching, and the long-term hot punching will shorten the life of the automatic punching machine equipment. Therefore, make sure that the material has been cooled before the material is punched.
Finally, before using the automatic punching machine, it is necessary to determine whether the air pressure used by the equipment falls within the 4-5KG/CM air pressure range specified by the state. Too high or too low air pressure will cause the punching machine to fail to operate normally.
