Automatic tube cutting machine is generally used for the control of hydraulic pumps. As a constant pressure variable control device for variable hydraulic pumps, the principle is that the pressure of the output pressure of the hydraulic pump is reached. In the process, cutting machine plays a very important role. When the pressure is set, the pressure shut-off valve is opened, and the pressure control oil pushes the variable. The swash plate plunger reduces the inclination angle of the variable swash plate to the point that the variable pump flow becomes small and maintains the pressure of the output chamber. Automatic tube cutting machine is the core of whole process.
There are three valves that connect the pump to the tube cutting machine, and valves are the main control in this process.
Hydraulic control components valves, can be divided into three categories:
Directional control valve (to control the on, off, or change of direction of the oil, ultimately achieving control of the start, stop, and direction of movement of the actuator)
Pressure control valve (controls or regulates oil pressure, ultimately achieving maximum force/torque control of the actuator or limiting the overall or partial pressure of the system)
Flow control valve (controls or regulates oil flow, ultimately achieving control of actuator speed or system local flow)
