Ledger Tube

Ledgers are made of 40 NB "B class pipe" with forged ledger blades that are welded at the ends which locate into bottom cups of the Vertical and are locked in place by the corresponding top cups.Length of the ledger is calculated between center to center of two vertical.

Closed double-row scaffolds with a height of less than 24 meters may not be provided with ledger tubes. Closed-type scaffolds with a height of more than 24 meters shall be provided with ledger tubes at the corners, and every six spans.

When installing, the angle between the ledger tube and the ground should be between 45 ° -60 °, and it should be arranged with the pole every 5-13. When the scaffold is higher than 3 meters, it should be set in the shape of scissors. The connection points between the ledger tube and the standing or horizontal bar are not less than 5. The length of the ledger tube must be overlapped, and cannot be connected directly by fasteners. The inlet and outlet can be disconnected to leave the channel.
